Generating content that violates laws (e.g., child exploitation material) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to authorities.
The Service itself (code, design, branding) is the property of SexyWomenDB. You retain the rights to the images you generate using the service, subject to the limitations imposed by the underlying AI models and any third-party content used in prompts. We claim no ownership over user-generated images.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SexyWomenDB (e.g., payment processors).
SexyWomenDB has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that SexyWomenDB shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (especially regarding acceptable use).

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Generated images are the result of AI processes and may sometimes be unexpected or imperfect.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect (e.g., via email or a site notification). What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
